That is tough... and embarrassing. You have my sympathy.
If you gave him the pictures as a gift, they're his to do with as he wishes... unfortunately. If they were yours and he took them and gave them to your mom, that might be an invasion of privacy.
But even if it was illegal, what are your damages? Embarrassment isn't really compensable.
I'd say lessons learned and move forward (Lessons: 1) don't take nude photos and 2) definitely don't give them to a boyfriend), and 3) be glad he's your EX).

It would be your own fault for letting him take those pics. There is nothing you can do.
If this happened to you, just consider this a major life lesson.
And you should consider a good revenge for this guy. Maybe rumours of his "package size".That really pisses guys off.. I wouldn't go to extreme, keep it believable.

I've never let anyone take pictures of me like that. You never know where they will wind up. I don't think there is anything you can do about it. I'm wondering if you are making this up .
