WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT? Protect the border, get thrown in jail - and the illegal who was trying to cross gets a free pass?
What is the world coming to? Why don't we just do away with our borders?

Ok some of you posted its because they shot him in the back is why he is in trouble???????? Why give the border patrol agents guns then??????? You are kidding me..Did any of you read the complete story? I didn't check out this link, but I did have a good article of it on my blog from a friend of mine as well...and this article was very informational along with phone#'s address ect to the District Attorney. He shot the Illegal in the back after fleeing them, after his partner took a beating..and was found with over 800lbs of pot. He told his bosses that shots were fired and then they cleaned up..ok so a reports were not done..That is worth 20 years in Jail????? For doing your job protecting the Borders>>>>Please..I am doing my part and letting everyone I know heard about this..These men did their job period..END OF STORY. So then do you think the Illegal as a right to then have a civil lawsuit because his civil rights were violated???? oh and sue for over 5 million. My thoughts exactly what is the point of the border agents if THEY CANNOT DO THEIR JOB. This man was up for one of the highest awards a border agent can get...never has had any trouble.....

One of the agents shot the illegal in the back as he was running away.....And, to add injury to insult both agents tried to cover it up, that's where they got in trouble.....
Also, the agents claimed that the illegal was a known drug dealer, thats why they shot him.....So, they got in trouble because they shot him in the back, as he was fleeing and they tried to cover it up....It happened here in my town....
