i start the conversation about what we are - what we're doing, but he ignores my questions, after i said "we're just friends". but now i think i fall for him, do i need to tell him what i feel? so that i would know if he still likes me, after dumping him.

Love is sometimes a risk. If you initially rejected his advances he may still hold animosity towards you, that's only natural. At this point, yes, you should explain to him what lead you to start feeling affection for him. Be as clear, sincere, and patient as possible. The last thing you need is to be plagued with the 'what if' syndrome. Depending on his personality, he may be open to your advances or he was moved on and is no longer interested. Either way it goes, you owe it your heart to find out. I would have to say that if he was into you, that feeling should still be there...it just may need some extra work to come out again.

go ahead and tell him that you still have feelings for him and feel stupid for dumping him in the first place. if he doesn't have feelings for you he will say he doesn't feel that way for you.

just totally ignore HIM, but have you and your friends go hang out right around hima nd amke sure you NEVER EVER look at him. if he still likes you, he will slowly come around. if he doesnt, well then (no offense) ta to you. :)
