What should I eat?

Question

I can't eat at McDonald's, Quiznos, Taco Bell, or Wawa because their food has made me sick. Where do should I go to eat?

Maybe try and start cooking home foods.

Perhaps you have an allergy to certain foods. Check it out. My daughter is allergic to wheat and eggs, so she is very limited in her choices. If it's just the way the food is prepared, like deep-fried or too much residual grease, try flame-broiled meats, some restaurants advertise it; broiled and/or baked is good, salads are usually safe, Boston Market usually offers a good variety, Subway is good, most steak houses and cafeteria-style restaurants should offer plenty of good selections. But, check for food allergies if you continue to feel ill after eating out.

Try a homecooked meal they are way better! Tonite i made Baked fish with butter and jamacian Jerk seasoning, fresh beets from my moms garden,angelhair pasta with herbs and biscuits it was a very good meal and good for the body! there are a ton of recipes online and its more rewarding to cook your own meal. if ya just gotta go to fast foods try subway.
