Depends on the dosage you inhaled and how long. It accumulates in the body. Very dangerous to kids.

Mercury never leaves your body, once entered, just like any other heavy metal (lead).
Mercury is damaging to your central nervous system. It may lead to cronic depression and other mental ilnesses.
If you were exposed, nothing you can do. If you are exposed now, eliminate the sourse.
