neosporin/triple antibiotic...keep the area clean and apply neosporin at least 2 times a day! if you can you can apply the cream and put a band-aid over that, for added protection. but, if when you can apply the cream and leave open (like when you're sitting around the house).

If you are a slow healer this could suggest you have a diet that is not great. You can use 100% pure coconut oil to help heal cuts, I had an open crack between my toes and applying coconut oil to the affected area 2-3 times per day for three days, completely healed the area. Coconut oil is an antibiotic.

Keep clean. Take some bio-available whey protein isolate, mix 2 to 1 with water (consistency of a moose), then spread onto the cut area and cover with a band aid. You can repeat the next day. It will help speed up the process because the the essential amino acids will absorb directly into the skin to make gluthione, which is required for your body to make a new cell. Works great.

Products don't make the wound heal faster, but they can discourage infection such as Neosporin or Polysporin to help keep the surface moist.

I use Collidail silver, works wonders. I make mine, better than the stuff I can purchase in the health food stores. Just rub it in and blamo... cut heals faster than anything.

Silver is a natural antibotic

Neosporin works well, but it can make scars worse.

Basically, just keep the cuts clean [clean them with alcohol after they first happen, if possible] and dry.

You should have that checked out. Why is it taking so long?? Keep the cut clean and covered.

Bacitracin or Neosporin for the first day or so then let the air hit it.

Good Luck :-)
