what are some really good home schooling programs that are not bible based and not acadamys

Contact HSLDA (540-338-5600) or check out their website (hslda.org), select your state, and select the list of organizations. That should lead you to a nearby homeschooling group. While most are Bible-based, they still might direct you to some good secular programs.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, but we use a Bible-based curriculum and haven't checked around for several years.

We don't use a "curriculum" per se. I get work books from school specialty publishing, they have a religious section, but most of their things aren't religious. I also found my county school board's obsolete books warehouse, which you can get old school books for free. You know those aren't religious..LOL

check out school house tech. also gooogle free homeschool programs... there are a few out there... also check out items that interest your child and see if anyone has make lesson plans for that subject on-line.
