I have lost 15 lbs in 3 months. I feel better, I drink plenty of water, run 3 times a week and do pilates. My legs look great...they arent fat.

But my upper body feels soft. It seems that from my neck to above my hips will not loose weight. I can see my hip bones sticking out, but I still look fat up top. I have large breast too. What excersizes can I do?

I feel like I look like a football player....yuck!

often times people find it harder to lose weight in one area of the body over another. Since you are doing running which works your legs and bilates which is great for your core maybe you should try working in a seperate workout or more excercises specifically geared towards upper body toning. You can find plenty of excercises on the internet for arms, shoulders, back, and upper stomach muscles. Though, if you do have large breasts don't expect to lose TOO much on top. You will always look bigger on top due to your chest.

It's probably not about spot training these areas. When you first put on weight that is most likely the first place that you noticed it, and therefore it will be the last and most difficult place to lose it. I think you should walk 2 days week, for at least 30 minutes at a time, in addition to your running. And I know it sounds funny since you don't want your upper body bigger, but do some weight training on your upper body. And once you are at the weight you want, consider getting a breast reduction. Insurance will sometimes cover the costs of that operation. If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer, he/she will know what to do about your upper body. Good Luck.
