Do you find theGym trainer is repelled due to the awful smell and ,yet is ttraining you bcoz thats his job?

No I don't feel that way because I am always freshly showered before I go . Just take a really good scrub down shower or bath before you go , and clean underwear of course and last but not least deodorant you should be just fine .

Yeah, sometimes I feel that way. Most of the time, when I smell something realy bad, II want to get a sniff of my "stink spots" to see if the smell is really coming from me, but I'm always afraid to do that, even if I do it inconspicuously, because I'd be devatasted if the trainer saw me doing that in the corner of his eye.

Just how many people do you know at the gym that smell fresh and clean? The point is to work up a sweat and get in shape!

certain i continually do reason i artwork flat out and that i'm getting sweaty and after that i come residing house and that i think particularly gross :/ .. the in hardship-free words downfall is that i hate bein grimy yet why take a bath after I even might want to upward thrust up and do an same component the subsequent day its compared to im going everywhere tonight lol so i purely wait yet another day then i take a bath :) contained in the iciness time i take showers each and every 3 days :) in case you imagine it is gross sue me lol i purely dont see the point in waisting water ...

ya but everyone there is sweating and dirty so i dont worry too much about it
