Most of the people of Sudan are Muslim. This is not a Muslim thing. The Blacks were farmers and the Arabs were herders. The Blacks wanted their land for crops and the Arabs wanted it for herding, which ruined the crops. The fighting began over this, and has escalated with time. The Arabs are the stronger of the two groups, and ----you see what has happened. The government of Sudan is Arab run, so there was no help given to the Blacks.

no holy war, only politics and mere material interests like everywhere. remember, Religion is innocent of what happened.
