Karakatchen is german of Karakatchan, they are also called Bulgarian Shepherd Dog. Karakatchan is closely related to Tibetan mastiff. they are really rare nowadays. I suggest you look at Tibetan mastiff picture if you want to see what Karakatchan looks like.

A karkatchen is from Bulgaria. All I know, sorry. :( It's pretty rare. The source has a few pictures, so you could check it out
