I have known this girl for 2 years and she is my best friend. I like her more than a friend and I think she might like me like that (everyone says she does) but I need help. Whenever we text we seem alot closer. She tells me about her problems and we flirt. When we hang out we dont talk seriously (because we have other friends around).
If we are walking and we touch off each other she doesnt mind and she is more touchy with me than others.
Please help. What is the case? Does she like me more than a friend? What should I do?

Does she like you more than a friend? I don't know. What should you do? Pursue. You don't have to take a giant leap of faith here. Just try and get even closer to her as a friend. One on one situations, but not dates. From there you can find out more and more about how she feels about you without even really asking her. Keep it casual at first. Make it so you two can talk one on one in person with no problem. Figure out what to do from there based on how she reacts to all of this.

If your wanna know just ask her. The worst thing she can do is tell you she doesn't feel like you do and things stay the same, status-quo. The alternative on the other hand is she says yes. You really wanna risk not knowing?
