It is a fake "code" language.

You take the first letter of the word, put it at the end of the word, with "ay" after it, to make the speech sound unintelligible:

"Did you say good morning?" becomes:

"Id-day ou-yay ay-say ood-gay orning-may?"

See what I mean?

Sus, in Latin

"Pigs are highly trainable animals" Wikipedia. LOL

It is used for terminology among scientists (doctors, botanists, etc.), as religion language by Vatikan; also liguists of dead languges practice it, I think. I think nobody would like to be operated guts when needs an operation of a leg if sent to other country or needs help suddenly. But even if doctors do not know languages of each other, they may understand diagnoses and prescriptions in Latin. Terminology is very important in practice therefore.

EU started to translate its documents into Latin recently too, when Finland took presidency. It is interesting, because Finnish is even not Indo-European language as most of main European languages and is more distanced from e.g. English than Hindi. This thing looks like a good joke. On the other hand nobody became more stupid any learning one more language.
