God was briefly married to character actress Marcia Wallace from 1960 to 1962.

Wallace is best known for her roles as Carol Kester Bondurant, the receptionist for Bob Newhart (and dentist Jerry) on the 1972 television series The Bob Newhart Show, and as the voice of Edna Krabappel on the animated series The Simpsons, for which she won an Emmy in 1992.

The marriage ended in an annulment, reportedly due to Marcia's timid refusal to consummate the match.

I like the idea of a woman up there somewhere...I know marriage is an essential part of God's plan, so it would make perfect sense to me if He did.
I think we just don't hear about that idea very much because it's probably one of those "too sacred to talk about" things. I mean, most of the world knows about God, so what do we do? Take His name in vain, curse Him, etc. I wouldn't blame Him for wanting to protecting a wife from all that.

No, God is neither male nor female - therefore he couldn't have a wife. God has characteristics that are both male & female. God isn't a human like we are - he is a diety, a spiritual being. God doesn't have to have a wife to survive...He knows all things & doesn't need anyone's advice or opinion. He created humans to have relationship with us. He wants to be a part of our lives and interact with us. He doesn't need us, but we need Him.

If you are serious, please try to get better education.
All the world religions have taught the sacred concept of the One True God, if you refuse to learn properly, you will gain no knowledge.
Please think seriously about your dignity, in order that you will be able to respect the dignity of other people, and especially the sublimity of the Omnipotent Creator, who loves you so much that He wants you to reach the highest station in the world of His creation.

Which God?
Zeus had a wife and multiple "affairs."
Osiris had Isis, or perhaps more appropriately, Isis had Osiris.
Jehovah is a single father.
Many of the Hindu Gods have so many incarnations that some of them are bound to have hooked up with someone somewhere.
Yahweh and his cousin Allah are presumably so anti-woman that you almost have to question . . .well, never mind that.
The Buddha abandoned his wife and kids, but then, he never meant to be a "God" anyway.

The point is, whether your God is married depends on which God you've got.

Her name is Gaia. Some people call her Hera or Mary or a multitude of other names.

Everything in the world requires balance. Therefore God needs a female consort.

that's very interesting. maybe he does have a wife. I believe it. how else were we created? I do think God must have gotten lonely and found himself Miss Right and married her. If God wants 2 c us with a lover, then he probably has a woman as well.

that would depend on the religion you are looking at. if your looking at a monotheistic (one God) religion then i believe that would be incorrect for God to have a wife. Unless he made an inferior being as his lifelong companion i doubt it. That would be like man creating a species under him and then marrying them. now if you look at a polytheistic (many god's) then the thought isnt as absurd. if you look at the greek mytholigy with Zeus and the many other gods it wasnt an uncommon thought. Good question tho, cause you cant be 100% sure either way. just take a best guess at it. mine is no ^^

He created Adam to look after the earth, but Adam disobeyed God and listened to the lies of Satan instead, so Adam lost communion with God as God and sin cannot walk together. God sent His Son our Lord Jesus Christ to die and take our sins upon Him, so that once again we can commune with the Most High through Christ His Son's name as He turns away the wrath that God has for sinners.
