1. It can be, I would suggest placing vaseline on the scalp prior to the bleaching. This will protect your scalp.
2. No it shouldn't turn green
3. The instructions should be on the container. Do not leave it on longer than instructed.

Also, make sure you have protective gloves and heat processing caps. Color takes better sitting under a hooded dryer. And of course, don't get the color in your eyes!

Let's see. it is not bad for your scalp, if you are using the right product. if you swim in a pool the chlorine may turn it green, so then you wear a bathing cap to protect it. The color will stay for 4 to six weeks depending on the color of your hair before coloring. We do not call this bleaching, but coloring your hair. You need to take a 48 hour test for allergy before you decide to color your hair. Good luck

1. bleach is stripping the natural color from your head, so it isn't good. its not terrible for your scalp, but its by no means good.

2. it won't turn green. Peroxide and clorine will turn your hair green. Bleach can turn your hair a copper color though.

3. depends on:
how much of your hair your bleach.
what kind of hair you have.
what color of hair you have.
what kind of bleach you are using.

I suggest learning to read instructions.

But I suppose someone as stupid as you doesn't know /how/ to read instructions, do you?
