Well okay I have been dating and guy for 3 weeks and the thing is he is only here for the summer and will be going a state away in about 2 weeks. When I see him for the last time this summer I want to kiss him, should I or would that be the wrong thing to do, If I should this is my first kiss, any tips.

Go for it! Why not! Enjoy it and give him something to remember by it...make it nice. It will come to you naturally if you haven't kissed before....good luck
