J'aime les crêpes (though that is different in French. We don't eat pancakes, and it is likely to be translated as "pancakes" as well)
In German, you would say, "Ich mag Pfannkuchen". There is another verb instead of "mag", which would be "liebe", but for food, unless you're ready to just die and get it on with food, it would be far too strong. LIEBEN has a strong emotional, almost physical connotation. MÃGEN is much better! You may also say in German : "Ich esse gern Pfannkuchen", in which a verb along with GERN (also called a flavoring particle in German linguistics) means to enjoy doing whatever the verb is expressing.
