I really struggle to find nice things to eat for lunch (£7-under) in Kings Cross/Euston. There just doesn't seem to be anything decent. Do you know of anything, please?

Heyyy! small world.. I'm at Kings Cross too! Anyway no worries - I'm female so won't be stalking you lol!!

You should try this little place called "Yum Yum" (Chinese/Malaysian food) - it's opposite the Tesco Metro.. a lunch meal deal costs just £3.90 and the food's excellent!

Also, there's a little cafe opposite St. Pancras station that makes fresh lasagne and chips/burgers, etc. The lasagne is really worth a try... also possible to get a full meal within £4. Hope this helps!

I'm addicted to Indian food, Chinese, and British crap like steak & kidney pies, fish & soggy chips-tons of malt vinegar, but I avoid much of this and eat curries once in a while, or lots of salads. Avoid MacDonald's, sweets, fish & chips, or bangers & mashed everyday. You'll turn into puff pastry, and need a roto rooter man, pronto!
