His point is well taken. There are many factors operative within the physical universe that can not be known directly, only through their effects. Sometimes it is perfectly rational to trace matters back this way. The ultimate source must be Aristotle's 'unmoved mover.'

i have seen electrons with my own eyes. the word electricity comes from the word electron. electricity is the movement of electrons i am sure you have seen lightning. i am not atheists but i am not Christan. i am agnostic.if you don't know what it means look it up.
hear is what i know:
1 you will never convince an atheist by insulting them
2 you have as much proof that god exist as they have proof that he doesn't .
3 they don't worry about hell because they don't believe in it.
4 according to the bible babies do not understand "when i was a child i thought like i child" did you understand all the problems of the world when you were 8 i know i didn't
5 before you call some one ignorant i suggest you know why they are ignorant
i know the likely-hood of me being chosen the best answer is next to nil but i do not answer questions for that reason

Everything in life takes a leap of faith, regardless if you are atheist or theist, it makes no difference. Science is only as good as its ability to make observations of characteristics or behaviors and replicate them on a consistent basis, nothing more. The observation maybe totally off base but it may prove consistent through replications and this is why theories exist. I nor scientists can prove that electricity is the movement of electrons or that these particles has a specific mass, rather we make the assumption that electrons hold these characteristics and behaviors based on our ability to replicate these observations on a consistent basis.
Again, I cannot prove that god does or doesn't exist, I can only make the assumption based on the literature and observations of others. Actually, I can't prove that anything exists, rather I can make the assumption that it does based on consistent replication of an observation. And somethings alone such as the existence of god, I can't make observations of or replicate and I still end up making an assumption that it exists. I can't prove it, but I will make the ASSUMPTION that god exists.

I am no ignorant scientist, but I bet I can prove electrons exist.
DO YOU DARE TO TAKE THER ELECTRON CHALLENGE?
Go stick your finger in the socket and turn on the power. You will not SEE the electrons any more than you SEE Jesus.
U moronic fool yourself.

There are such things as electron microscopes you idiot. I don't suppose the authors of the bible have any listed credentials that show that they are to be trusted or if any of the "miracles" has ever had any real hard evidence? I didn't think so.

I suggest getting an education beyond the 2nd grade. Hopefully your comprehension skills aren't as bad as your writing skills so that you may learn and understand the natural world around you.

Ok we have been over this before... recycling = good but only when it is steel, cardboard, 1 & 2 numbered plastics, aluminum and paper. Recycling = bad when it is your questions you keep dragging out day after day.
