Yeah, it does! Or how about random signs on walls that have braille on them.... how do the blind people even know that there's a sign there?!

Not at all. They use the same machines for drive up and walk up ATM's. Blind people have a right to use walk up machines.
But, yes, I've seen braille at drive thru's and before I figured out that the machines are all the same, I did think it was weird.

Yes, very much, you can't drive if you are blind. But, I don't care too much. And, I agree with the person on top of me... What about you???? Have a great day!!!

there is such a thing as being legally blind..and still drive..but need assist up close. wow that does not even sound right to me. lol
