This is how I always do chicken wings. I'm improvising because you didn't say what style wings you're making, but hopefully you have some terriaki sauce, because in my opinion, that is the best way. If you don't have any, run to the store quickly. You won't regret it.

My Recipe

1 whole onion, chopped
terriaki sauce (about 1/2 cup or more, depending on how salty you want it)
chicken wings or drummettes
additional fillers such as chopped tomatoes or spinach
(optional, adds color)

Brown onions w/a little fat on medium heat in tall saucepot about
ten minutes or so. Add chicken, keeping heat relatively low, about another 10-15 minutes. Add terriaki sauce, and any additional veggies for sauce. Add enough water to cover chicken. Raise heat to high. Bring to boil, then turn heat down and simmer until water reduces into a sauce, about 15-20 more minutes. Make sure not to lose sauce. If you reduce it too much, add more water, deglaze, and reduce again until sauce is slightly thick, but not watery. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Usually takes approx. 30-40 minutes.

Fry them until golden brown. It takes 10 to 15 minutes.
Bake them at 350 will take no longer than 20 to 30 minutes.
