I hate to say this but 437lbs. would be overweight for a hog!!
And 5 lbs. would only be taking a shi* woulden it? But no you not a bit overweight your a COW!!! that is a good size for livestock. you best get away for the food and try eating some beans with Super-Blast in it!! Water Aerobics is great!I was even going to say that joining a gym or Ymca where you can be social and with positive motivational influence.Just getting out of the house and enjoying yourself.Go for a hike! Hiking is really great too and who cares if you can't make it up a huge mountain-you're changing your routine.Any choice you make is the right one-what important is that you're making the commitment to change.

Try walking around the block for about 20 minutes then slowly build up to 25 then 30. Best thing, it's free!
Buy a pedometer. It helps you monitor progress.
Get a cheapie notebk and keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat, the amts and calories. You'll be surprised how much we eat in a day! Or try fitday.com for an online version.
Get a buddy to lose weight with you.
Put sticky notes on the fridge or on your snacks. A colleague made notes that said, "You don't really need these cookies, do you?" She's lost about 20 pounds!
Realize it may not come off as quickly as you like. You probably gained weight slowly, like most of us, and it sneaked up on you. Losing weight slowly is healthiest, although frustrating!
I lost weight on LA Weight Loss. Weight Watchers works for many also. I'm doing the lemonade diet myself but check with a med. professional if that'd work for you.

I strongly suspect that you are joking, however on the of chance you are not. People who are major overweight which you would be should lose weight only under medical supervision. It can be dangerous at your weight to make a major change in fluid and food habits without assistance

ok im sorry but you are not a bit overweight. you are obese. WAKE UP. however water arobics could be a good option. although i reccomend going to a doctor and discuss this.
