I love a good strawberry smoothie. I always make it but I don't really have a exact receipt. I put in a half a bag of frozen strawberries and then a cup and a half of milk, if you want a sugary taste put a half of cup of sugar but I only put in a 1/4 a cup. I fill the blender to the top with ice and then put a half a table spoon of vanilla. Enjoy.

sounds incredible delicious. Some might not be necessary though, like grapes, because the taste of the peaches/strawberries will overpower the grapes. Try to focus toward a certain taste (citrus, corse fruit, etc.) rather than adding too many.

Fruit punch smoothie! It should work, but you might make quite a bit to make up for using a large amount of fruit.

Yuck! Make mine with just the apples and grapes, please.
YOu can use that mixture, with some spirolina powder, in a blender. But where to get the powder? That's my hang up. Another option is use soymilk instead of milk. .
