all you need to have awesome ribs are a few dried ingredients:
Cayenne Pepper, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, salt, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/8 cup of vinegar and lemon juice.
Rub all of the ingredients on the meat except for the sugar. Let it marinade for a couple fo hours. Then Rub the sugar over the meat and place it in the over. Bake it in an oven or a grill for about 2 hours at 350 degrees. The sugar and slow cooking will caramelize the meat and make the meat fall of the bones.

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2 pounds (2 k) pork spare ribs (they're easier to handle if they're cut into segments of about 5-6 ribs each)
Salt and freshly ground pepper.
Finely chopped rosemary and sage (optional)
PREPARATION:
Dust the ribs with salt and pepper, and rub the herbs into them if you're using them; if you do use the herbs you should season the ribs several hours before cooking time to allow their aromas to penetrate the meat.
If you are simply salting and peppering, you can season them while the fire is burning into coals in the grill.
The coals should be fairly hot but not searing (you should be able to hold your hand over them for 6-7 seconds). Set the ribs on the grill and cook them, turning them frequently, for about 45 minutes. Given the fat content of the meat basting will not be necessary. When they're done, cut the individual ribs free and serve them hot, with more salt and pepper for those who want more seasoning

This is one of my favorites and real easy. Cover the ribs with ketchup and diced onions. Sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake on a low oven, about 325 for several hours.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

Bake for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes.
Barbecue Ribs

"This recipe is easier than it sounds. I usually cook the ribs the day before and grill them for a quick dinner the next night. FYI: the sauce is much better after it is cooked. It is not a dipping sauce."
Original recipe yield: 8 servings.

INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup chile sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash ground black pepper
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut spareribs into serving size portions, wrap in double thickness of foil, and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Unwrap, and drain drippings. (I usually freeze the drippings to use later in soups.) Place ribs in a large roasting pan.
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rum, chile sauce, garlic, mustard, and pepper. Coat ribs with sauce and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Position grate four inches above heat source.
Brush grill grate with oil. Place ribs on grill, and cook for 30 minutes, basting with marinade.
Note:
You can also bake the ribs for 30 minutes for the final step, basting with sauce while cooking.

"Fall off the bone honey, maple, BBQ ribs made in the slow cooker."

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey barbeque sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 pounds baby back pork ribs
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
In the crock of a slow cooker, mix together the beef broth, honey mustard, honey, water, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Slice ribs apart, leaving an even amount of meat on each side of the bone. Place them into the slow cooker so that they are covered by the sauce. If there is not enough sauce, you may add a little water or beef broth to compensate.
Cover, and cook on High for 5 hours, or until the meat falls easily from the bones.
