Sour Dough Burgers


Mix

1½ lbs hamburger, 1 tsp salt

½ cup finely minced onion, 2 tbsp Worcestershire



Form into 4 patties to fit round slices of sour-dough French bread. Place meat on broiler

rack and broil 2 inches from heat source for about 3 min. or until browned. Remove rack

and turn meat. Sprinkle with a dash of oregano. Now place on the rack tomato halves

seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano. Place rack so that tomatoes are 3 inches from

heat source and broil until meat is done the way you like it. Serve on toasted sour-dough

French bread with the tomatoes on the side. Serves 4.

Do you mean dougnut burgers? NO, but I'd like to try them. I heard of them, last month.
