I did slim fast 12 years ago when all they had were two types of chocolate a strawberry and a real nasty vanilla shake. It all came in a powder and you mixed it with 2 percent or low fat milk. (I usually doubled the milk LOL) Anyway I lost 35 pounds in 9 weeks and kept it off for a few years because I also added an exercise program (45 minutes 3 days a week of aerobic and 1 day a week of weight training)

Slimfast just leaves me hungry. Never worked for me. What worked was using Slimfast as a snack between meals. It prevented me from munching on a muffin, donut, candy bar etc. and I lost 60 over the course of 2 years. ISlimfast is still part of my regular diet.

If you do use the slimfast method, be sure to check out Ebay for coupons. People charge you a dollar or two for the time it took them to cut out 5-20 coupons and you can save some money.

omg dont even think about it. They taste horrible dont beilive what those crazy people tell you- its actually not a diet program- its a protein shake- only will slim you down with proper exerecise and diet. I tell this to lots of people because I sell that stuff in my department in my store. If you want to loose weight do it the right way! Talk to you docotor to devise a healthy diet plan (by eating the right food and portions each day) and by daily exercise* key i say ****EXERCISE**** thats how people loose weight. And to futher answer your question they make alot of different flavors of that slimfast bar but none taste like candy. I tried them once just so I could speak up for what i sell.

Yes. I saw results. The candy bars are good.
You can't....absolutely can't stay on this diet. So while you are doing this diet I suggest you already start looking for another. After awhile the shakes get nauseating and the candy bars just get old.

It tastes good, but it causes hunger pangs. Unless a person lives alone, they can't ressit the pangs. There was a time that I had Slimfast for breakfast and lunch, and walked all the way home. But by the time I got home, I was very hungry. I couldn't keep my mother from giving me a snack. But if you can resist the pangs that you get, Slimfast does work.

slim fast does work, but after awhile you get bored and feel so deprived you go crazy. Just cut back on the calories you take in and exercise more. This works just as well without the boredom.
