Acorexics. How mauch weight did you loose every week? I need to lose 10 pounds and flatten my belly. I do ALOT of tai-bo but I need to see resyults fast!

any kind of cardio.
and lift weights.
don't think you are going to look like vin dieselLOL
just lift 1lbs to 4lbs and not over that.
remember that you want to look toned and not flabby and lifting makes you stronger.
there is a trick to weight lifting that i just found out like last year:
SAY YOU SO 2SETS OF 15REPS.
YOU LIFT THE WEIGHTS TILL YOU FEEL THE BURN.
THE SECOND YOU FEEL THE BURN,THAT WILL COUNT AS YOUR FIRST REP.
REMEMBER YOUR MUSCLES ARENT WORKING TILL YOU FEEL THE BURN AND SAY YOU DONT FEEL THE BURN TILL YOUR 13TH REP.
THAT MEANS YOU ONLY,REALLY DID 2 REPS.
GET IT?
THAT MAKES THE WORKOUT MORE EFFECTIVE.
AND THE MORE MUSCLES YOU HAVE THA MORE CALS YOU'LL BURN.

This sounds more like internal pressure than an actual weight issue.First-You have to relax.Tai-bo is really great,but if you go for ice cream afterwards you just undid what you worked an entire hour to achieve.

You're a beautiful person.
You have a lot of value in the fact that you're so upfront about what you need.

I gave this advice earlier-but I'll repeat it here for you.
Invest in a personal trainer.
They are wonderful at giving you advice,listening and they can relieve a lot of the internal pressure you're feeling.Being skinny isn't going to change your marriage.It might get you laid more often,but if you can't afford a personal trainer once a week or once every two weeks-get your butt into a yoga class.

Where men and women just like you come together and support each other in a low impact reptitious strength training.

Yoga.Pilates.Makethe commitment to get up every morning at 6 am and run/walk for a 30.Losing Weight is a commitment and you can do it!

Thats rediculous. Just because your anorexic doesn't mean that you will loose weight fast. Trying excercises you enjoy and do them often and eat little portions. When your anorexic its hard to stop being anorexic. No matter how fast you need to loose weight it isnt worth the price. Its easy to loose weight if you do the right thing instead of becoming an under weight freak...would you rather be known for looking good or looking nasty?

You really should be so so careful on how you lose and how much you lose a week, there is no need to do it in an unhealthy manor, A normal healthy person can lose anything up to 2lbs per week and that is healthy but if you lose any more than that then you are loosing body tissue,so you just want to be careful.

Stick to a routine in your food intake.
Like, 800 calories for a few weeks + exercise.
Then down to 500 calories for a few weeks +exercises.
I walked 2 miles a day + leg& butt exercise with biking
then would change to 4 miles a day walks with 5-10 miles on stationary bike.
Drink water, stay cold,eat celery,keep moving.
Go to PROJECT SHAPESHIFT great site for this stuff.

Tai-bo is good for you. You also need to do crunches to strengthen your stomach muscles so your stomach will be flat. You also need to eat a proper amount of food so that you do not experience muscle wasting. Eating fruits, veggies, rice, bread, baked chicken, and baked fish will keep you alive and not make you fat.

if you want to see results fast then do two hours of walking a day everyday. drink lots of water. but make sure you eat at least 1200 calories a day (this isnt much, but you absolutely need it). lift weights every other day and take hydroxycut and a multivitamin. you will lose fast!!

Try proper eating habits, exercise and perhaps adding a catalyst, like Lipodrene to increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite.

i hate anorexicic haters. dont listen to them their just jelous they cant control what they eat and dont have the same will power as us. its sometimes not safe but as long as u know what ur doing u'll be just fine. heres a few web sites to go to. hope everything helps.
