Do you think that the world is in it's final days?

People like you are not helping... your last question was ridiculous. Every non-believer who reads it is going to be pushed further away from the faith. That is definitely not how to usher people into the kingdom of God and salvation. Our goal is to reach the lost, not push them further away from the truth.

That is a very good question and one that a lot of people are asking don't you think? I am a student of the bible and I am convinced that we are living in what the bible calls 'the last days'. There is not enough room here to explain all the proof but to put it in a nutshell:

By means of a simple calculation we can determine that the last days began in 1914. We can show that at that time Jesus was made king of gods kingdom in heaven and evicted the devil and his demons to the vicinity of the earth (revelation 12:7-12), this would mean great trouble on the earth but only for a 'short period of time'. What would happen on earth during this time was foretold:

War on an unprecedented scale
Epidemic diseases
Great famines
Great earthquakes
A breakdown of moral values worldwide
A worldwide preaching work to let people know what was going on
(See Matthew 24:1-14; 2Timothy 3:1-5)

There are many more signs which identify the time we live in as the 'last days' like a fingerprint. The bible also tells us that at the end of this period of time, god will step in to remove the wickedness on earth.

As I said, there is not enough space to explain all of this fully but by studying the bible properly, we can find the answers to other questions such as why is the world in the state it is in anyway?

the world as we know it may be on a course of great upheaval and dist ruction. Not just the war between the civilizations we have been prophesied but the actual rotation of the earths axes are causing so very distributing problems for the enter core of the earth which will cause great distresses to the whole world as a whole.

But as a Christian we have been given plenty of warning, and we all should be prepared and ready for anything that happens. Lets remember, there will always be those that must fight, build, and rebuild, for it is said so. With honor and duty we are ready!

The last days has been ever since Jesus Christ died on the cross for us, now if you're asking , final, meaning the end of the world, end of time the answer would be no one knows, but God the Father himself.
People believe in the bible but they don't believe what its says.
When it comes to scripture its only a small amount of people that know the true facts of Gods word, If more people studied Gods word there wouldn't so many dusty bibles laying around decoratiing the home. Further more, Take this advice for sure. If you have any questions on religion ,do yourself a favor and don't ask the poeple here b/c you'll only become confuse. If you want to learn the truth on God word, attend a services at the church of christ in your area.

Yes I do feel that the world is coming to an end. There is one thing we can be sure of, we are one day closer today than we were yesturday. Even an atheist can agree with that last statement. I feel that the world will get a lot worse than this. Look at it like this, 50 years ago, this weather was unheard of. Hurricanes and tornatos did happen but not this regurally and with this much magnatude. It's up to you. If you believe it, fine... if you dont, well it is going to happen anyways.

No. While I do believe we coming up on what we refer to as the End Times, it is actually a misnomer. What we approaching is the end of the Age of Grace or Church Age. Then will come the final seven years that we know as the Tribulation. However, after that, the Earth enters a new age where Jesus rules personally for a thousand years.

Yes. It has been for the last two thousand years. And each day that passes is one day closer to the end. Either as individuals or as a planet. Let's count the ways we could collectively achieve Armageddon.
1. Nuclear holocaust
2. Global warming
3. Disease (AIDS, Bird Flu, Ebola, etc..)
4. Asteroid strike
5. Massive volcanic eruptions/earthquakes/tsunamis

Is the Earth in her last days? Huh, you tell me.

Yep, unless the world gets blown to pieces, it can't get much worse than this. I think Jesus will be returning very soon, but I don't think he'll be too politically correct though. Therefore, I don't think the worms in the media or the back-boneless politicians will like him much either. That's OK though, most of them are probably going to Hell anyway, lol.

I would perhaps think so if people hadn't been thinking that for almost a hundred years now. It seems every decade finds signs of the world ending, but we're still here. So best to not worry about it and you know....live like tommorrow is your last day or whatever the cliche is.

According to the Bible, today's condition of the world would suggest that it is. But then again, the Bible also says,"No man shall know the time". So to be on the safe side, just live your life as though it were today!

People through the ages have said this.. and whether we are or not, only time will tell. But I agree with you, though you had not said this, people need to be prepared, and aware. Only God knows when the final moments will be.. and when the Jesus will come to gather His followers...
Thank God for this grace period.. for those that have not yet come to ask for forgiveness, nor accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior ..are still being given time to do so.
