I have a hard time concentrating when someone is talking to me one on one, I space out, and, sometimes I say the wrong words for things, or can't think of the words....anyone else?

I am taking wellbutrin sr,lamictal, and cymbalta.

I take Sertraline and that affects short term memory, also depression can cause you to have short attention spans, you get distracted when reading or watching tv, so it could be caused by the drug or by the symptoms it's meant to be treating.

Yes. Then I started taking Cymbalta and feel a lot sharper than I used to. It's good stuff.

You don't mention the medication you may be taking. Some have similar side effects some don't....best thing for you to do is talk to the doctor that gave them to you. If you are not on medication, you may wish to consult a psychiatrist and get started.

The best person to answer your question is the pharmacist. They will know the meds you are taking and the side effects and anything that you shouldn't take with your current list of meds.
