I recently returned to the country of my birth after a 7 year absence. Whilst there I bumped into an old girlfriend who still lived in the same city, and we hit it off straight away again. It was going so well that we spent nearly all of my holiday together. The problem was I had to go back to England as my holiday had finished. I really still like this girl, and what do you all think I should do??

Go for it - if you really like her tell her, assuming it's as straight forward as that you're both single etc. If not it's far more complex and you need to take a breather, maybe a few days and look again at how you feel and ask yourself the question as to whether the feelings you have are so strong that not to act on them would crush you. If it would hurt you badly not to tell her or act on your feelings then you'll hate yourself for years to come.

Hope that helps mate.

Keep in contact with her, it may never work out, but its worth a shot!! And if its possible take a trip back to where ever it is you went to and just stop over for a night and whilst your there just spend some time her.
And if it goes really well, ask her to come and visit where you live, but then these things will happen slowly so dont expect it to all happen overnight.
If it drags on for too long though...well.. you know just keep your options open, and see what happens!!
Good luck =)

If it's going that well definately find a way to keep in touch with her, email, phone, etc. Maybe you can plan out for her to visit you in England next? Also, let her know how you feel about her.

Could you move back to your home country? Do you really like her or is it just a get your rocks off kind of relationship. You need to talk to her and see what she thinks, the worst that can happen is that she becomes a friend.

Depends where she is, and what you feel about her.

There's an old butthole surfers song that says....

"It's better to regret what you have done, than to regret what you haven't done...."

Life's too short to wonder about what ifs....
