No alcohol of any kind, no carbs except fruits and veggies and no sweets. stay away from junk food and focus on a 1200cal. diet. If you exercise 1 hr a day, you will lose more than 15lbs by sept!!! I lost 15lbs this way and it only took me 3 wks.
