Well, since it is a self-inflicted hell I would say to get some self help books. Learn how to be your own best friend instead of your worst enemy. My best wishes to you.

Remember all the inspirational messages that you sent to all of us and use them for strength. Ask GOD for HIS peace and love and plead with HIM to send you someone to help you. You'd be surprised who might appear........

grab ahold of GODS hand and let him pull you out. ask for guidance..and strength... let him know that you cannot do it alone... he has to intervene..and put all your faith in him.
