Ummmm no only a coward would hide behind a computer. You need to at least do it via telephone which I still find cold but it is better than being online. You should do it in person because at least that does the whole situation justice...it is not an easy thing to do to admit outloud that a relationship is not working but the internet is a chicken **** way to go about it!!

There are levels, like a scale, for breaking up, including how long the relationship was and how deep it is. Everything from face to face, being 10, and just slipping away and not returning calls or moving out of town being 1. I have had guys do those and everything in between. But the one who did it face to face, I respect tremendously, and we were able to be friends when we ran into eachother around town.

I'd alot rather break up and be broken up with on the internet. That way you get to say what you want without being interrupted, yelled at, dealing with tears, etc.

Depends on if you have met this person in person...If you have then you really need to see them and explain why you wish to break up with them..If it has only been a relationship online then I see nothing wrong with it..there is so many online relationships with people who live so far apart from each other..You never really know what it is truth or lies...Pray about it but if you have met him in person talk to him ok...god be with ya hun

it might be easier to. but i think the best way to break up with someone would be face to face. i mean there is no wrong or right way to break up with someone. just someone people might feel more comfortable doing it some ways.
yes it may be harder to do it in person. but i think that would be your best choice.

No it's not right. If you cared about the person enough to go steady with em, you should still care about them enough to break up with em face to face. And even if you don't care about em any longer, you should have the common courtesy to break up with them in person.

Unless the person did something horrible, face to face is the only way to go. Do it out of respect.

It should always be in person. But breaking up shouldn't be done, for just any reason. It has to be for certain reasons.
