This is good for Chicken/turkey salad.
Try adding some cashews, walnuts or slivered almonds, roughly chopped, mayo, celery, red onions, a little dijon mustard and salt & pepper.
Another good one is mayo, curry powder, dried currants or raisins, a dash of sugar, shredded carrots and peanuts.
Both are really great atop a big veggie salad, in a tortilla as a wrap or on some fresh whole grain bread.

6 eggs
6 cups cooked turkey meat
1 (16 ounce) jar sweet gherkins, chopped
1 (15 ounce) jar prepared sandwich and salad sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
20 minutes 10 mins prep
Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water.
Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, turkey, pickles, prepared sandwich and salad sauce and mayonnaise.
Chill in the refrigerator approximately 3 hours before serving.

i think sage is good in it . also, there is a poltry seasoning spice that tastes good with turkey and I like dried cranberries and almonds in my turkey salad
