Ive lost 64 pounds since March 1st , this year . I go to weight watchers and curves .

Well for me personally, the most amount of weight that i have lost through-out a short period of time would have to be last year and that was when i lost 3 stone and 9lbs through a period of only 9 month's. That might seem like a long time to some people but let me tell you it most certainly is not, especially considering that the average healthy weight loss for the average person is anything up to 2lbs per week, if you lose more than that, you are losing body tissue and as you can imagine that is not good.

This might sound odd, but an hour or so of dancing helps a lot. Even if you can't dance (I know I can't), it still works if you're getting your body in motion. And dancing with friends makes it a lot more fun. I lost a couple pounds even in one night!

I lost 30 pounds in about 3.5 weeks. I was sick; couldn't keep any food down so I stopped eating...

4 of my records:
12 lbs in one night (food poisoning-not recommended!)--gained it back over the next week by replenishing lost fluids
13 lbs in 2 weeks on Atkins (Induction phase)
64 lbs in 4 months another time (Starving myself)
18 lbs in 1 month on Phenetermine

I got really sick with sinus infection or something I lost like 20 pounds in like 3 weeks. b/c I didn't eat. No appitite.
