I once bet all the money I had on a horse called "Luck of the Irish". That was in the way back; when I lived in Calgary Alberta. I was looking to make my rent too, and any left over would have been nice. The odds were great and there was only four horse running so I rolled my bet. That means the horse would pay off if it came in first, second; or third. How could I miss? It died coming down the track. I should have thought about the name a little more, I could have bet on any other horse and won. That was a hunger month and a very good cure for my gambling ways. The most I've ever won so far by gambling is the chance to speak with a really lovely Lady. Money comes and money goes, that's not my idea of winning these days.

GOOD LUCK,chances are the casino is going to put you out on the street before you will ever win your worth for rent.I used to live in vegas and the casinos will, eventually always "win". By the time you win your winnings for the rent, you would have spend that much and more. When you go gambling, have 1 pocket with money that you will use to play with. Then any $ you win, put in ANOTHER pocket. When you run out of $ in pocket 1, LEAVE!. DO not use $ from pocket 2 to play with. YOU will always lose more than you came in with

I regularly win $30 twice a week (on average). Here's how I do it.. the casino down the street from me has tons of slots (nickel, two cent, quarter etc). I take $20 and put $5 on four different slots. When I win, which is usually in the first five spins, I immediately cash out. Many people push their luck by thinking if they gamble more they'll win the jackpot, but they never do and keep spending. My rule: Quit while you're ahead! I've been pleasantly surprised a couple times as well.

No. I don't gamble with the money that is supposed to pay my bills because it's a sure bet that the casino will wind up keeping it and then I'd be in trouble when it came time to pay bills...
I only gamble when I know I have extra pocket money and make certain to leave the credit card and ATM card at home so I won't gamble more than I bring with me.
Most I've won is $700.00

Yeah, and I don't gamble that much. I LOVE to win, but hat to loose! I was a young man when I went through Las Vegas, and I won over two grand! I though Las Vegas was wonderful! I was just lucky, and since then I have probably lost more than two grand. It was just one of those things! I don't bet that much Just a fluke!

I have a friend who swears by blackjack and often comes away $200-400 ahead in a night. I've seen him come out ahead $1,000. The most I've ever seen him end up behind is $120. He does really well at it though I never seemed to be able to.
