my friends told me that any guy that drinks from a straw looks gay, because it involves putting a long item in your mouth and sucking on it. are they right?
now that i'm thinking of it, it does look kinda gay. should i never drink from a straw again in my life?

Hope you don't believe everything your friend tells you! No drinking from a straw is a preference thing, me personally will not drink anything out of a can without a straw, of course I am not a guy. Guys do what they want, but if you see on sipping on a beer or a mixed drink then you got probs.

Your friends are dorks. I NEVER in my life thought that a guy was gay or looked gay because he drank from a straw. Would I look like a lesbian for drinking without one??? I don't think so.

I have never heard of that. but i dont think its gay. Its a human thing. Its just drinkin from a straw.. If you crossed your legs like a girl while drinkin out of the straw now that might look gay.

I've dated a lot of cute guys and I know some of them drank mixed drinks and sometimes sipped from the straw and sometimes chugged, my girlfriends and I never thought about something like that and we can be very critical about someone! I would just relax and be yourself, No one looks gay if they are secure, confident and comfortable with themselves!!! A secure confident guy is sexy regardless of how he drinks his beverage!

You know, I have tons of friends-of different cultures and systems of thinking.
One thing is for sure, "giving a shi* what other people thInk" is ultimately the gayest thing ever.
Your friends are obviously messing with you. Are any of them global sociologists or sex therapists? Probably not. Tell them to shut up, lol.
good luck. It's hard dealing with friends on issues like that. But really-what do YOU think? If you are gay, its because you like to sleep with men. Not because you like to use a straw for your soda.
