A little while back I visited a farm outlet store and managed to pick up some 'root vegetable' crisps which consisted of carrot, parsnip and beetroot crisps flavoured simply with a pinch of salt (the ingredients literally say: vegetables, oil, salt). Reluctant at first I really enjoyed them, as did my family. I was shopping a few days ago in Sainsbury's and was shocked to see them readily available (Sainsbury's Taste the Difference). I would definitely recommend anyone to try them at least - you never know!
