I am English. 12 years ago my work took me to Poland. I could speak enough Polish to survive in a hotel, taxi, cafe, or ask for directions.
I met a polish girl who could say one or two words in English.
Cut a long story short, we are still together. We lived in England for 10 years, but for the last two years have been living in Poland.
Our sons are 5 and 2 years old.
I love her just as much now as when we first met and could hardly understand a word each other said.
Yes it is possible, so chase it with every ounce of strength you have.
It can and does work.
Forgot to mention, both myself and my wife are fluent in each others native language
Our 5 year old son is fluent in both.
Our 2 year old son is having a go in both

There is definetely an attraction to the "other". I am speaking a different language to my partner and it is quite nice. It makes things somehow much cuter, if you know what I mean.
Well, on the other hand I have to say I have a bit of a language fetish. There is nothing more sexy than a Frenchman talking English or an Englishman talking German. :)

The chemistry may be there, but if verbal communication is absent, there's not too much hope. I speak from experience, when after falling for a gorgeous foreign guy, I had to end our relationship as we didn't understand eachother at all in the basic "how are you" kind of questions. A decent conversation was completely out of the question. Good luck.

you're most likely in lust.
It's possible to develop love but only after you've spent enough time with them to understand without the need for words. But that takes awhile, since even couples that speak the same language usually have trouble communicating!
But, go ahead have fun, don't rush into anything yet.

It's definitely possible to love them, but it will be harder in the long run since you will probably struggle to get to know them as well as you could someone who speaks the same language as you. Good luck!

Language is undoubtably a means of communication. But you should not afraid of her language. In this case, you can just communicate with. This is way she we will be able to communicate one day. That's why follow up your business you will be success one day.

Yes it is possible. Love comes from your heart. :) However, you should learn more about her language, and tell her to learn your language too so that the communication can be much easier.

yes. You learn the other language. It helps alot if the person speaks a little of your language and you a little of theirs. That is how me and my hubby were when we met, we are both bilingual now. If you dont speak any, then it is assumed that the relationship is purely psychal
