ok in a large space on preferably grass, lie back dwn. spread ur legs as far as u can. slowly bring ur back and whole upper body up. hold as long as u can. now, slowly lean forward and lay once again stomach down. repeat 10 times. trust me it helps!

Every day go down into a split until it hurts and do stretches that involve yous legs.

You might have fissures, they are crack like grooves in the genital area due to excessive force to delicate skin.. your ob/gyn should be able to prescribe some topical cream to heal you. Avoid wearing thongs and tight underwear and jeans. try wearing comfortable cotton underwear and skirts till healing is complete.

stretch stretch strech!!! and do some high kicks...this helped me...also, hold a stretch for 1 minute to maintain flexibiliy, and hold it for 1 min 30 secs to make them better....
