I am in a new relationship and have known him for months. We started out as friends for like 4 months. Well he always e-mails me and says "Luv ya", or " I luv ya" and i never say anything back. I don't know if he really means it, or it's just something he says. How will I kow if he really "Loves me"?? and shold I tell him i love him if i sm starting to?

Any time is the right time. After all how bad would you feel if something happened to him and you never got a chance to tell him you loved him? Tell him and let him know how you feel and that those are more than just simple words but very real feelings that you have for him.

NO! Wait until you feel it so strongly that it just comes out by accident. Then it's more likely to feel right. As for him, I wouldn't take that 'luv ya' thing serious unless he said it to my face (and replaced ya with you)

If he really spells love as "luv" then he's just feeling you out. Love is not something to joke about or be all cutesy about. If you love someone you tell them and forget the consequences. Love is something you do "all or nothing". I believe that.

First of all theres no way we can't tell you if he means it, thats something that u have to fugure out on your own. You'll know, if you wake up and thats all you think about, your in love. It all comes from the heart. Listen to your heart!

just sa i love you back and if he says something bad about it just say thats what you are starting to say to everyone when you leave and if its something good you will be glad you did that

it's different to write and say I love you. You have to say it to your boy (if u love him really!)
wait to be alone wit him, to be in its arms and then say him "I love you" by tightening him extremely (excuz my english I'm french...)
