its not very frequent , i feel i get it when i am out in the sun or when i have constipation , acidity or any other stomach problem . wat is the cause of this? how can i get rid of it?

If it stays on one side of your head and starts in the front eyebrow and moves across the top and down the back of your neck and even feel like they are in your ear or face on that side you may have cluster headaches.
Mine normally leave a metal and salty taste in my mouth and make me sick at my stomach.
They can be caused by changes in the barometric pressure and hormone imbalances as well as several other things.
When you feel tension coming on over the eyebrow take a tylenol or other pain reliever. Because if it gets to the upset stomach stage it is hard to hold off.
See a doctor about this also. There could be other reason for the problem that may need to be addressed.

It seems like you get them when you are dehydrated - out in the sun, constipated etc. try drinking your 8 glasses of water each day and see how you feel. If the pain is unbearable see a DR.
