Also any exercising tips?
I'm fit everywhere except for that pouch area right below the bellybutton. I watch what I eat and exercise. I've tried and tried to get rid of it to no avail. I'm in a wedding at the end of September and would like to lose it. Any suggestions

Hi LJ!

That pouch is probably where your body stores its body fat. To lose it, you should keep your calories below 1500 per day until it is gone or you are near 10% body fat. To go below 10% body fat for women really isn't too safe since it can start messing with system. If you are already at or below 10%, you are probably going to have to resort to liposuction to get rid of the pouch.

I believe this answers your question, but if not let me know.

Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!

I suggest eating a healthy diet and loose weight slowly or you will gain it back.

There is no diet that will cause you to loose belly fat exclusively.

Stay away from beer if you drink beer.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains only, low fat dairy and low fat diet overall.

You need to sweat to burn fat. You will need to do cardio workouts that make you sweat at least three times a week.

Also, lift weights and do sit-ups to tone your muscles.

You are probably genetically programmed to store fat in your belly.

If you are fit everywhere else is there any chance you are imagining a larger pouch than you actually have?

Ask friends who you know will give you an honest answer if they think your belly is too large.

Sometimes it just really can't be lost! If you've had children - especially more than one - it could be something that cosmetic surgery is the only help for! Can we say tummy tuck!

Otherwise- reverse crunches helped me... when you lie flat on your back and lift your legs straight up toward the ceiling and then release them down again (versus raising your upper body off the floor). That works the lower abs the best that I know of!

Everyone has one spot on the body that holds a higher ratio of fat than other spots. You are correct in assuming that a diet can remove it. But, you should also be exercising and lifting weights. Your other solution would be lipo. Once fat cells are removed, they never come back. That's not to say that you couldn't get fat in that area again, it just wouldn't be as much ratio wise.

Depends on if you have kids or if you've lost a lot of weight. I talked to my doctor about my tummy, and it is not fat, it's excess skin that no amount of diet or exercise can combat. The only thing that will remove it would be abdominoplasty surgery.

lots and lots and an excellent sort of working, strolling, cycling, generic ingesting conduct, water, sleep and easy-weight weight instruction. this could nonetheless take you months reckoning on how some distance you're from the purpose and how problematic you artwork. strolling as quickly as an afternoon for 30 minutes wont do it.

If you are as thin as you should be, that pouch may be the product of narrow hips. If you have a narrow pelvis, your intestines have to go somewhere.

If this is true, buy a girdle!
