Season your pork chops with salt and pepper (or your choice seasoning)
Then sear them in a non-stick pan. Searing carmelizes them and brings out the natural flavors.
After that, bake them in a 400 oven. Cook them fast
Pork gets tough if you steam it or add water. It will then get tender again if you keep cooking it in a liquid.
the faster and hotter you cook chops...the better they taste and they are tender. Simply sautee some sliced apples in the same sautee pan with a bit of brown sugar and even a shot of beer if you wish. Most people use mushroom soup as a sauce but I like them with plain old apple sauce.
Let's face it, nothing tasted better than carmelized pork fat.

Baking pork chops will dry them out. If possible, saute them in an oiled skillet, after lightly salting and peppering them. The searing effect will seal the meat, and keep the moisture in. Baking will allow the meat to lose the moisture, and they will dry out.

Season your chops with salt and pepper. Use equal amounts of sandwich mustard and lemon juice....any style bread crumbs. Dip pork chops in mustard mixture then into bread crumbs....drizzle with a little olive oil or butter and bake as usual.

If you have some crackers, crumble them up then use your rolling pen to break them down even smaller. Add your spices into the crackers. you now have your own home made Shake and Bake recipe. You wet the chops and put them in the cracker mix and place in pan and bake. ummm ummm good
