I just bought a new toshiba laptop and i can download dvds and cds and all this fun stuff I just have no clue how. can someone help me out.

if you download a movie and want to creat a dvd, you can use nero burning software to convert and create a dvd (all installed)

I think you should check and See if you have a CD/DVD burner or just a player. Then you have to have a burner program installed such as Nero
