I'm guessing they're saint medals. Many Catholics wear them on necklaces, or put them on rear-view mirrors. It's a way of both reminding them about their mission (to become saints) and invoking the prayers of the saints.
As for the fact that they were blessed by the Pope, that's nothing amazing. The Pope blesses a lot of things because some people turn him into a celebrity. The fact that they're old means that they're worth a little more, but I would say that you won't get more than $10-$20 for them.

Where did you find it? If you found it lying on a road somewhere or somplace that it looked like it may have been misplaced, then you should contact the police and say that you found these items. You may also want to run an ad in your local newspaper - they are usually free. A last resort may be to contact the Vatican or a Catholic Church to see if they have received any reports of these items as missing.
If you have no luck returning them to their rightful owner, or the rightful owner has decided to part with them, then you should probably contact an antique dealer, a pawn shop, or a museum that works with religious artifacts and medals. If they have sold similar items before, then they may be able to give you an estimate. Good luck to you. : )

Sounds like religious charms that have been blessed by the Pope. I am not catholic either, but I bet they are worth something! Do a google search and see what you come up with. How cool!

I suggest you take it to the nearest Catholic church so the priest can make sure they get back to their rightful owner. Think of it as an act of mercy that just may get you into heaven and they are probably worth something only to the person who owns them.

They might be. I think it's worth looking into if you're planing on selling them. It might make someones day, you never know.
Oh, but maybe the right thing to do would be to return it to that address, but I won't hold it against you if you don't.
