I suggest two things. One is to loose weight. the best way to burn fat is by sweating. so you need do regular intense cardio workouts at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. The longer and more intense you work out the more fat you'll burn.
If you try to loose weight without exercise you'll loose musle not fat.
Also, do sit ups to tighten your stomach muscles.
If you ligft weights you will build muscle and muscle increase your metabolism.

sit ups... mainly!!!
you can try an everyday any time excersize
when you breath in push your stomach in
when you breath out push your stomach out
repeat and repeat!!!
it works your belly muscles!

swimming and pilates. don't do loads of tummy crunches as they only flatten above the belly button and most of us have flab below!
