Yes, in the fact that I do not want to die. I am more afraid of the way I would die. If I had a preference, it would be in my sleep for it will be peaceful.

I am not afraid of hell because "hell" is Hebrew for Sheol and Greek for Hades, which means the common grave of mankind, not some place of eternal torment. With that said, when we die, we go to hell or Sheol/Hades, the common grave of mankind. There is no one suffering and there is no pain, for you are conscious of nothing at all (Ecclesiastes 9:5)

In terms of Heaven, not everyone is going to heaven. Sorry to spoil the party. Revelation 14:1-4 states the exact amount who are going to heaven and the qualifications for such ones. Of course, you have to do some additional Bible reading for more evidence.

This is the problem with the world today. There is too much human philosophizing with religious-based questions that really should be answered scripturally. There are people who will tell you that there is nothing wrong with homosexuality when 1Cor.6:9-11 (in part) says that men who lie with men will NOT inherit God's Kingdom. Yet, this is a major discussion in major religions when it really should not be an issue. It just shows a lack of respect for the Bible, which is inspired of God.

Thanks,

No, I'm not afraid of death. Just hope to die leaving the world not worse for me having been here. I'm not concerned about any possible judgement, because I can honestly say that I consciously do the best I can.

No, I know without a doubt where I am going, and I know that I will be there forever...

I follow Christianity... I do good deeds.... BUT that is not why I am going to heaven...

I am going there because I have acccepted Jesus Christ as my Savior... My name is in the Book of Life... I am a citizen of Heaven... Jesus Himself has built a Massion for me there...

But the most awsome thing of all, He died for my sins... He took my punishment... He provided the only way to God... He gave His life for me and offered me mercy and forgiveness.... and I chose to recieve it...

It is by God's grace( His Son ) that I am saved... and by HIs grace alone....

I could never on my own do enough good works to erase my sin... only Jesus can cleanse me of sin....

No I am not afraid of death.... No I am not afraid of Hell, becuase Jesus saved me from it.... and No I am not afraid of Satan becasue God has greater power and authority over Satan... and I am God's child....

I am not afraid of the Death Angel because God has given me all the days of my life... when it is my time it's my time...

In the blink of an eye my soul will be in Heaven with God... I am certain beyond a doubt...

God cannot break promises, and He cannot lie.

Are you ready? You are not garunteed tommorow, much less your next breath...

will you choose Jesus?

He is the way the only way

God bless you and yours

It's not that I am afraid of death, I just want to make sure it is the last think that I do.

Death is not a scarey thing, but a lot of people are because we don't know what will happen.

My greatest fear is not having a peaceful death.

I'm more afraid of life than I am of death. I don't think I'm going to hell .....I hope not. Religion has been confusing the crap out of me lately (what a way to word it, huh?). I've opened my heart to hear others' out (when they prove they have intelligence) and they tend to make sense to me along with what I was raised to believe with regard to the Bible --- (no....not terrorists muslims -- just different religions in general....and even Muslim has some good in it).

"Mark Twain was once asked whether he feared death. He said that he did not, in view of the fact that he had been dead for billions and billions of years before he was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it."

Why try when Twain already said it right? The only parts of death that worry me are the potential for horrible pain, and leaving my loved ones behind.

Yes, because I believe that when I die, that is the end of my existence. No afterlife for me, nor anybody else. I don't like the sound of that, as many don't, and that's one of a few main reasons why people turn to religion.

I'm not afraid of death. I just don't like pain and suffering but I know God will help me through it if there is any pain and suffering.
