a little tip on fries in the oven, they are actually proved to be worse for you than deep-frying them, the reason? If you deep-fry it all has to do with the oil they are fried in. The combo of oil and starch makes them easier to digest and less likely to clog your arteries. Plus they cook faster in a deep-fryer so the starch doesn't have much time to morph into bad sugars.
For chicken and pork chops you could try good old shake-n-bake.
Fish? try wrapping them in tinfoil and adding some heart healthy butter and spices like garlic or whatever your taste buds prefer...make sure to cut up some onions too and place them inside the fish.
I had a really good recipe for salmon patties but i lost it! darn

I bake fries and tater tots all the time, they're GREAT. The first couple of times I had to really keep an eye on them, but there wonderful. Directions are on the bag.
I bake my chicken by thawing it and pounding it to a uniform thickness, then making a dredge of egg in one pie pan, and seasoned potato flakes in another. Sometimes I skip the egg and just do the seasoned potato flakes in a ziploc bag. Then use PAM on a cookie sheet and bake until done.
Also try making your own shake n' bake using bread crumbs, seasoning, a little flour and a little oil. If you have left overs, freeze it. It will keep for a while in the freezer. Oh, just don't use it if you've already put raw meat in the bag.

i shake and bake everything. they have so many varieties now. I also make sweet potatoe fries in the oven. these are better than regular french fries. just cut up a sweet potatoe into thick fries and marinate in olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper and salt. than after about 1/2 hour ( i like to marinate for a couple of days) put them on a baking sheet and cook 425 for 20 minutes turn over and lower to 350 for another 20. watch them they tend to burn if you leave them too long.

Get ahold of a box of Dixie Fry. I always add spices to the basic mix, like chili powder and cumin for Buffalo Wings, or rosemary and oregano for pork chops. You can Dixie Fry vegetables and dip them in tempura sauces.
Experiment. Enjoy. ;)

No recipes but I bought this thing called Misto a couple of years ago. Its a spray can that you put your own oil in and I put olive oil in it. If I want to oven fry something, I just spray with olive oil, add spices and broil till done. Comes out really good.

I make grilled chicken parmesan. Instead of coating and frying the chicken breast, I pound them out really thin, salt and pepper them, then grill them. I assemble the chicken parmesan the same way, using the same ingredients, just no pan fried chicken.

I just bought one of those "set it and forget it" rotisseries. So far so good. Does chicken great and pork roasts. I haven't tried fish yet, but I like it better so far than the oven.

Try french fries.
You just have to fry in the oven.
But, oven-cooked food is not so healthy too.
It can trigger canser cells in your body due to the wave that it use to cook food.
But it is up to you.
