I don't know, in college I drank 4 to 6 cups (18 oz each) per day. Don't think it will hurt you, will just make u go to the bathroom more. As long as you also get calcium (if you don't drink milk) from other food sources, and fruits and veggies (if you dont drink juice) then you should be fine

I am a big water drinker also and I've studied up on it. Yes you can drink too much. You are not supposed to drink more than a gallon a day (unless you have sweat a lot). If you drink more than a gallon...you are washing essential vitamins and minerals out of you system. Diluting it-if you will. It will take its toll in time so don't drink that much!

well you can over load yourself on water!
a great scall to go by would be this
1. how much do you weight?
2. lets say 100lb divid that in half
3. we now have 50lb change lb to oz's
4. that is what everyone should drink in 1 day!!!
I'm sure you can up it some but don't drink your body weight in water!
but if your highly active you may need more water
look at your urian if it is clear i mean clear then take a brake on the water to get some color!
should be a lightly tinted yellow color!

In extreme circumstances, it is possible to drink too much water (see link below). I did this once hiking, got headachy and somewhat dazed. Felt better later after eating some salty snacks.

You would need to drink gallons of water a day in order to do yourself harm. Dont worry about it.

I'm not harming myself and I drink just about as much water as you do (over 100 oz). Ask your dr. to be sure though!

a healthy # of water a day is maximum to 40 glasses. I think you are doing okay, but you need to eat a lot too so you can maintain a good digestive tract.

add at least one drop of real lemon juice to your water. its good for you, plus will keep you from retaining the water, which is very important. water is great for you, it keeps your system clean, but DONT forget that lemon.
